Please mention Eden VB when booking.  This hotel is with walking distance of many fine restaurants.  It is just off Interstate 64 so the ride to the convention center is approx 15-20 minutes.  There is only a limited number of 2 doubles, the rest are King w/pull out sofa.

16’S ARRIVE WEDNESDAY, JULY 2 (PLAY 7/3 – 7/6)
15’S ARRIVE THURSDAY, JULY 3 (PLAY 7/4 – 7/7)
14’S ARRIVE FRIDAY, JULY 4 (PLAY 7/5 – 7/8)
17’S ARRIVE, SATURDAY, JULY 5 (PLAY 7/6 – 7/9)

This Hampton is approx. 7.62 miles from venue (9 minute drive)
Airport is approx. 19.23 miles from hotel (25 minute drive)

TEAMS (16s, 17s, 18s) - THAT TRAVEL TOGETHER

    • Travel Roster for each tourney (players and coaches) will be determined and confirmed by coaches
    • COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR COACHES YOUR PLANS FOR ALL TRAVEL TOURNAMENTS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE
    • Room arrangements and travel costs will be determined
    • Pam will arrange/reserve all team rooms
    • Spreadsheet will be forwarded to team members/parents with:
      • Hotel Info.
      • Room Arrangements
      • Cost per player (includes player & coaches hotel, transport, food)
    • If you cancel after arrangements/costs have been fixed- you remain responsible for those costs

 PARENTS (16s, 17s, 18s)

  • Access Hotel Info. for each tourney via edenvbc.org website
  • Call hotel to make your reservation-Mention ‘Eden VB Club’ for access to our block of rooms on hold and correct rates
  • Recommend reserving by ‘Drop’ date posted, to ensure room availability

TEAMS (14s & 15s) - THAT TRAVEL WITH PARENTS 

    • Travel Roster for each tourney (players and coaches) will be determined and confirmed by coaches
    • COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR COACHES YOUR PLANS FOR ALL TRAVEL TOURNAMENTS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE
    • Pam will HOLD one room per player/family – D/D, NON-SMOKE 
    • Please notify Kim (kak9000@aol.com) or if room sharing, or other arrangements
    • PARENTS MUST CALL HOTEL to Reserve room with Credit Card by listed ‘Drop’ Date
    • After ‘Drop’ Date – Pam will release any remaining rooms being held by the club that were not credit reserved.
    • Spreadsheet will be forwarded to team members/parents with:
      • Hotel Info.
      • Room Arrangements
      • Cost per player (includes coaches hotel, transport, food)
